SITE solutions provided landscape architectural design services for SpringHill Suites at The Wharf. SpringHill Suites is an all-suite, 132-key hotel in Orange Beach, Alabama, developed by Intracoastal Hotel Properties.
SITE solutions collaborated with the architectural firm RJT+R to design the outdoor amenity areas of this resort style hotel.
SITE solutions conceived the unique pool design with lush landscaping, fire-pit, seat walls, paving material and patterns, and gazebo that is reminiscent of highly desirable beach resorts.
This amenity has become the epicenter of day and night events. Patrons and conference goers relax around the pool, outdoor dining area and fire-pit to engage in business networking , social activities and fun.
SITE solutions also provided design of a half-acre park area which connects the Spring Hills hotel to The Wharf Marina, a thriving yacht marina. The park doubles as an outdoor green space and walkable connection to The Wharf, a mixed-use development with a Ferris wheel, also partially designed by SITE solutions.
SITE solutions designed the security fencing, pedestrian circulation routes, lighting design, seat walls, grading and drainage, site furniture, and landscape, hardscape and irrigation for the entire site.
SITE solutions provided permit documents, and landscape, irrigation, and hardscape design services and specifications.
