A public /private partnership between the city of Alpharetta and the developers, The Hotel at Avalon is a 330 room Marriott Autograph Collection boutique hotel with an adjacent 44,000 sf Conference and Convention Center.
Located at the apex of Avalon Boulevard at Avalon, an award winning 86- acre mixed use development, it is the tallest building on site with sweeping views north and south of the 400 corridor.
SITE solutions designed the ground floor porte cochere, paying careful attention to integrate adjacent restaurant exterior dining and fountains with the valet operation, and the rooftop pool and cabana amenity deck.
The pool deck design includes a zero-edge lap pool, fire table, lounge area, service bar and parapet edge bar rail seating with views to the streetscape activity below.
