High Street is a multi-phased, $2 billion mixed-use destination located at the intersection of Perimeter Center Parkway and Hammond Drive. This cosmopolitan mixed-use destination features new places to shop, dine, work, and live in the heart of the Perimeter.

Phase 1 will include 150,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurants, 600 luxury apartments, 90,000 sq. ft. of new loft office space, and 222,000 sq. ft. of existing office space – all connected by a 3/4 acre park.
