As recent drone photography proves, a multi-phase, potentially multi-billion-dollar Dunwoody development that aims to inject a lively “cosmopolitan oasis” into a district formerly known for drive-to, nondescript office towers is beginning to take shape. The grand, $2-billion plan for High Street calls for eventually transforming the equivalent of 10 city blocks, or 36 acres, near Perimeter Mall and Dunwoody’s MARTA station.
