Aida Mahzari

- Aida earned her Master of Architecture from Azad University of Shiraz, Iran. After that, she found out that she has a thirst for learning and studying more sophisticated courses related to landscape architecture. Therefore, she pursued a master's degree in landscape architecture at University of Texas at Arlington. Throughout her journey in architecture and landscape architecture, she tried to describe and visualize her ideas about people’s interaction towards building and environment. She believes every single thing in design can bring a lot of unique features to a building, landscape and people’s life. She wants to involve design at different levels from local scale to global scale environmental issues and tries to protect natural and cultural landscape resources for current and future generations.

  1. What is something you love about Landscape Architecture?
    I believe landscape architecture supports the design community to design based on landscape ecology and tries to create desirable places for people.

  2. If you could be a mixed drink, what would it be?
    Nutella Milkshake

  3. What is your favorite way to socially isolate?
    Playing violin and modern dance. I follow a choreographic style that includes body and soul communicated with music’s rhythm.
